Olivia Newton-John to get state funeral

Olivia Newton-John's family have been offered a state funeral.

The beloved singer died peacefully at her ranch in Southern California on Monday.  Daniel Andrews, the premier of the Australian state of Victoria said they would love to celebrate her amazing contributions.  He said she made "an enormous contribution to cancer awareness, research and treatment".  

Olivia's niece Tottie Goldsmith the family will accept the offer as they believe Australia needs it.  

This week, landmarks across Melbourne lit up in pink in tribute to her.
