Neighbours To Make Revival As Amazon Resurrects Soap

It has emerged that Neighbours will return to our screens, with the soap to be showcased on Amazon Freevee.

This is a shock u-turn after the Neighbours finale was aired back in July, after the soap failed to find a new broadcaster as Channel 5 had announced that it was to withdraw its funding for the show.

However since then, Fremantle who are the production for streaming site Amazon Freevee, have secured Neighbours' future, with production of the show set to begin early next year. 

Neighbours will premiere exclusively on Amazon Freevee, with thousands of episodes of the soap from previous years to be aired also. A world premiere for Neighbours is to also take place next year.
