Madonna has said that she is the "luckiest person in the world" to be able to walk again following her recent health scare.
The singer spent a brief period in intensive care, after developing a "serious bacterial infection" in June, forcing her to cancel several tour dates.
Having previously reported that she was "on the road to recovery", Madonna has since shared a video of herself dancing to her track 'Lucky Star', which featured on her self-titled debut album.
"To be able to move my body and dance just a little bit makes me feel like the Luckiest Star in the world!", the singer wrote. "Thank you to all of my fans and friends! You must be my lucky stars too!".
Titled, Madonna: The Celebration Tour, the tour was to see Madonna take in shows across Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles and Miami, before taking her tour to Europe,
