Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's production company have warned the Donald Trump campaign against using footage from their recent film, Air in the future.

Over the weekend, former US president Trump posted a video via his Truth Social media platform, which included a monologue from Air which sees Matt Damon play Nike's marketing and sales representative Sonny Vaccaro, who tries to negotiate a history making partnership between Nike and basketball star Michael Jordan, in the Ben Affleck directed Amazon film.

“Money can buy you almost anything", Damon can be heard saying the the video. “It can’t buy you immortality – that you have to earn".

The caption “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” which was the forefront of the Trump campaign trail, is also added.
