New Take That Documentary To Air This Week

A brand new exclusive documentary exploring the relationship between Take That and their fans is to air exclusively on ITVX this week.

The show titled '30 Years In The Making', is to focus on the relationship between the band and their fans over the last three decades, and will feature as a companion piece to their film 'Greatest Day', which airs on June 16.

'30 Years In The Making' will explore the production of 'Greatest Days', including dealing with challenging shooting locations, coping with pandemic lockdowns, casting decisions, along with how Take That fans have following Gary Barlow and co over the years.

This documentary will cover the band's early fame, its break up, right through to it's reunion in the noughties. Along with Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald, this will also include contributions from fans of the band including Mel and Sue, Calum Scott, and Alesha Dixon.

'30 Years In The Making' will also be one of the first pieces of programming from RWD Films. This was launched by BBDO's newly launched specialist branded programming. They create content for streaming and broadcasting.

Recently, Take That also announced a newly remixed version of 'Greatest Day', featuring Calum Scott and DJ Robin Schluz.
