Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a serious road traffic collision in Tallaght, Dublin 24, left a man in his 20s critically injured.
The incident occurred at around 8:15pm on Friday evening, 11th July, on Brookfield Road and involved a car and an electric motorbike.
The motorbike rider was initially taken to Tallaght University Hospital and later transferred to Beaumont Hospital, where his condition is described as critical. No other injuries were reported.
A technical examination of the scene has been completed.
Gardaí are urging anyone who may have been in the Brookfield Road or Rossfield Avenue area between 8:00pm and 8:30pm to come forward, especially if they witnessed the incident or have relevant dash cam or camera footage.
