The National Lottery confirmed the winning numbers as 01, 07, 27, 34, and 42, with 26 drawn as the bonus. Details of where the winning ticket was sold are due to be released on Wednesday.
It wasn’t just one lucky winner on the night. Across the country, more than 101,000 players picked up prizes in the Lotto and Plus draws on Saturday, including the Dublin jackpot holder.
In Co. Westmeath, another player secured a significant payout of €146,878 after matching five numbers and the bonus. That ticket was purchased at The Grove Service Station in Baylough, Athlone.
Speaking after the draw, National Lottery spokesperson Sarah Orr encouraged Dublin players to check their tickets carefully, highlighting that the jackpot winner is now the second Lotto millionaire of 2026.Winners are being reminded to sign the back of their tickets, keep them safe, and get in touch with the Lottery’s Prize Claims team to organise collection.
The National Lottery also noted that a variety of safeguards remain in place to ensure player protection, both in-store and online.
