Irish social media star Garron Noone stunned fans as he joined Robbie Williams live on the Croke Park stage over the weekend.
The musician was introduced to the stage by the former Take That star as they duetted a live cover of John Denver's Country Roads. In reference to one of his famous catchphrases, Robbie Williams told the crowd: "Look after him, he's delicious".
Now, Mayo native Noone has paid tribute to Williams on social media, calling him "the greatest entertainer".
"So I got to go up on stage with Robbie Williams in Croke Park last night... absolutely mental. Thanks a mental to Robbie for having me up, the greatest entertainer, and honestly an even better human being", Noone said.
He continued: "Also these f****** world class musicians who were on stage with me, I'll try to tag them all in a post later, absolute legends. Eighty thousand people there last night, thank you so much to every single one of ye [sic], ye were so kind to me when I came out".
Having recently called off a number of shows citing personal reasons, Garron Noone paid homage to the fans, and stated that he simply could not turn down the chance to perform in front of a packed out Croke Park.
Signing off, Noone also cheekily added for his Mayo followers: "Mayo for Sam". See the post in full here.
