Global pop star Katy Perry is set to make her long-awaited return to Ireland, landing at Malahide Castle in Dublin on 24 June 2026 — her first performance in the Republic of Ireland in over ten years.

Tickets will go on general sale on Ticketmaster at 9 a.m. on Friday, 14 November 2025. Prior to that, presale access opens via organiser MCD on Wednesday, 12 November at 9 a.m., including a dedicated presale for Mastercard cardholders starting at the same time.

Since her debut with the album One of the Boys in 2008, Perry has amassed more than 115 billion streams, sold over 70 million adjusted albums, and moved 143 million tracks worldwide. She remains the best-selling female artist in the history of her label. Among her achievements, she stands as one of only twelve artists to surpass 100 million certified units with solo single releases and was the first the label had to earn ten million RIAA-certified units for a single in 2015.

Remarkably, she was also the first artist in RIAA history to earn three Diamond singles—namely “Firework”, “Dark Horse”, and “Roar”—before going on to achieve Diamond status for other singles including “California Gurls”, “E.T.” and the album Teenage Dream. To date, she holds six Diamond-certified singles and one Diamond album.

Her debut album One of the Boys is now certified triple Platinum and delivered hits such as “I Kissed A Girl” (six-time Platinum) and “Hot N Cold” (eight-time Platinum). Her second studio album, Teenage Dream (2010), was Diamond-certified and spawned major global hits including “Firework”, “California Gurls”, “E.T.” and the title track “Teenage Dream” (single). The 2013 album Prism followed, achieving five-times Platinum status, and 2017’s Witness included multi-Platinum singles such as “Chained to the Rhythm”, “Bon Appétit” and “Swish Swish”. Most recently, the album Smile has sold over 2.5 million adjusted albums and achieved over four billion combined streams, with Platinum-certified single “Never Really Over” and Gold singles “Daisies” and “Harleys in Hawaii”.

Beyond her music career, Katy Perry is also noted for her philanthropic work. Appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF in 2013, she has campaigned on issues including children’s health, education, equality and protection. She has supported LGBTQ+ equality and has received awards such as the Trevor Project Hero Award, the Human Rights Campaign’s National Equality Award, amfAR’s Award of Courage, and Variety’s Power of Women recognition. Through her Firework Foundation, she aims to empower children from underserved communities through arts-based initiatives.

On the business front, Perry has developed her entrepreneurial interests with her own shoe line, investments in sustainable-food technology and plant-based companies, and co-founding a non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverage line focused on adaptogens.

Ticket prices for the concert at Malahide Castle are listed at €69.90 to €79.90, including booking fee. Irish fans are advised to act quickly when the presale begins on 12 November, followed by the general sale on 14 November.

This announcement marks a major event for the Irish music calendar, bringing one of the world’s biggest pop acts to Dublin for a headline show. With such a rare appearance in the Republic, demand is expected to be high.
