Tickets for Electric Picnic 2027 have sold out after going on general sale at 10am today.
The three-day festival will return to Stradbally, Co Laois, from August 27 to 29, 2027, with tickets selling quickly despite the line-up not being announced for several months.
Festival boss Melvin Benn previously confirmed that ticket prices and capacity would remain unchanged for next year’s event.
General admission weekend camping tickets were priced at €325.50, while loyalty tickets cost €295.50 for fans who have attended one or two previous Electric Picnics. Those who have attended three or more festivals could avail of loyalty tickets priced at €245.50.
Camper van passes were priced at €140.50, while early entry passes for those arriving in Stradbally on Thursday ranged from €33.75 to €39.40.
The general sale followed the sell-out of the first batch of 2027 tickets through partner presales for eligible Bank of Ireland and Three+ customers.
Organisers confirmed that those allocations had sold out within hours before the remaining tickets were released to the public.
“Wow, Picnickers. Our 2027 partner presale tickets have officially sold out,” Electric Picnic organisers said in a social media post.
The remaining allocation included loyalty tickets, general sale tickets, instalment plan options and camper van passes.
This year’s Electric Picnic was an 80,000-capacity sell-out, with tickets for the 2026 festival selling out within 90 minutes of going on general sale in September 2025.
The 2026 festival featured headline performances from Lewis Capaldi, Gorillaz and Dublin rockers Fontaines DC, alongside acts including Sombr, Amble, CMAT, Zara Larsson and The Saw Doctors.
The 2027 line-up is not expected to be announced for several months, meaning fans have once again committed to the festival before knowing which artists will perform.
Electric Picnic will return to Stradbally at the end of August next year, with organisers maintaining the same capacity and ticket pricing as the 2026 festival.
