ITV's Big Brother has been hit with more than 1,600 Ofcom complaints in just one week as the house continues to be plunged into chaos.
The reality show returned to screens a little over three weeks ago and has not failed to deliver plenty of drama as personalities continue to clash. Bosses have been forced to step in multiple times, while fellow housemates have also intervened in explosive rows.

Last week, viewers witnessed yet more heated exchanges, with Johanne becoming the third housemate to be evicted on Friday after a tense period in the house.
However, the chaos has continued since her departure, with Rochelle remaining at the centre of several disagreements and new tensions developing between the remaining housemates.
Ofcom has now confirmed that a total of 1,654 complaints were made about Big Brother between Tuesday, September 29 and Monday, October 5.
The highest number of complaints came in relation to the episode broadcast on September 30, when 1,191 complaints were made about the handling of incidents involving Johanne and Rochelle.

The pair had become embroiled in a series of clashes during their time in the house, with their disagreements also prompting a significant amount of discussion among viewers.
Earlier in the week, another Big Brother episode attracted hundreds of complaints after a row involving the pair, with Ofcom recording 493 complaints about the September 27 episode. Viewers raised concerns including allegations of bullying and racism surrounding the heated exchanges.
Johanne was ultimately evicted following a head-to-head vote against Rochelle, with the pair having been among the housemates facing eviction.

Following her departure, Johanne continued to speak about her relationship with Rochelle, while Rochelle remains in the house and has already found herself involved in further tension with other contestants.
The drama has also continued with new housemates entering the competition.
Recent reports have described further confrontations involving Rochelle and newcomers Catrin and Twinks, while producers have also been dealing with disruption from fans attempting to send messages into the house.
