Ellie Goulding delighted fans, creators, media and familiar faces this week as she made a surprise appearance at Café en Seine in Dublin to celebrate the latest expansion of drinks brand SERVED, of which she is co-founder.
The UK singer and entrepreneur travelled to the capital on Wednesday for an intimate event marking the launch of SERVED’s newest products in Ireland. Guests were treated to a surprise live performance from Goulding, who also teased new music from her upcoming album, due to launch this week.
The event celebrated the arrival of SERVED’s new Vodka Spritz range, available in Peach and Raspberry, alongside two new additions to its bar-quality cocktail collection – Strawberry Daiquiri and Piña Colada.

SERVED co-founders Ryan and Dean Ginsberg said the brand had been encouraged by its rapid growth in Ireland since launching here last year, its first international market.
“We never could have anticipated the success SERVED has experienced since launching in Ireland,” they said. “There is a clear demand for premium ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages and we’re delighted to be at the forefront of that movement.”

SERVING IN DUBLIN: Ellie Goulding brought the star power to Dublin once again yesterday as she celebrated the launch of her co-owned brand SERVED’s new Vodka Spritz range
The expansion brings SERVED’s offering to five flavours across its 8% bar-quality cocktail range, alongside the two new Vodka Spritz flavours.
Fiona Curtin, Marketing Director at Heineken Ireland, said the growth of the RTD sector presented a significant opportunity for the brand.
“The RTD category is a significant and fast-growing market in Ireland, now worth almost €120m and growing at +28% year on year,” she said.
Curtin added that SERVED’s performance as the number one new RTD in the off-trade during 2025 demonstrated strong consumer demand for premium, bar-quality drinks.
Speaking at the Dublin event, Goulding said she was thrilled to return to the capital and see how quickly SERVED had established itself with Irish consumers.
“I’m so excited to be back in Dublin, and so happy with how quickly our SERVED cocktail range has grown to be a fan favourite in Ireland since last year,” she said.
“We’re here to mark the expansion of SERVED with our Vodka Spritz range launching in Ireland and I have no doubt it will be a big hit. I can’t wait to see what’s next for SERVED!”
SERVED cocktails are crafted in Herefordshire and are vegan and gluten-free, with the brand continuing to expand its presence in Ireland following its successful launch in the market last year.
