Eve Hewson has joined the cast of Steven Spielberg's movie, Disclosure Day.
The Irish actress who is the eldest daughter of U2 lead singer Bono, will join the cast alongside Josh O'Connor, Emily Blunt, Colin Firth, and Colman Domingo in a movie called, Disclosure Day, based on a story by Spielberg, with a screenplay by David Koepp.
Koepp had previously worked with Spielberg on scripts for Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, War of the Worlds and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
A synopsis for Disclosure Day reads: "If you found out we weren’t alone, if someone showed you, proved it to you, would that frighten you? This summer, the truth belongs to seven billion people".
"We are coming close to … Disclosure Day".
Eve Hewson has previously starred in movies Flora and Son, and more recently Jay Kelly, as well as the TV series, Bad Sisters.

News of this comes months after Hewson had secured a makeup deal with Hourglass Cosmetics, a new brand who have secured Hewson's services as a model, and ambassador for its new Curator Eyeshadow palette, who have also said that there are plans to work with her more in the future. Steven Spielberg is one of the most recognisable and successful filmmakers of all time, including top grossing movies, Jaws, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Jurassic Park and the Indiana Jones franchise.
The director's recent project, The Fablemans arrived in 2022, receiving seven Oscar nominations.
