Irish actors Eve Hewson and Thaddea Graham are to star alongside Adam Sandler and George Clooney in the new movie, Jay Kelly.
Eve Hewson, who is the daughter of U2 frontman, Bono, has previously starred in This Must Be the Place, The Luminaries, Behind Her Eyes, comedy series Bad Sisters, and The Perfect Couple.
Thaddea Graham has featured on Netflix series, The Letter For The King, Sex Education, Sky One series, Curfew, as wekk as BBC series, Us.
The film will be directed by Noah Baumbach, who will also co write alongside Emily Mortimer, and has been described as a "heartbreaking comedy", and includes the tagline: "Everybody knows Jay Kelly, but Jay Kelly doesn't know himself".
The cast will also include: Billy Crudup, Laura Dern, Grace Edwards, Stacy Keach, Riley Keough, Emily Mortimer, Patrick Wilson, Nicôle Lecky, Jim Broadbent, Alba Rohrwacher, Lenny Henry, Josh Hamilton, and Greta Gerwig.
Jay Kelly will also see Hewson once again work with George Clooney, with the pair having previously worked together on Hedda, based on Henrik Gibson's famous 1891 stage drama, Hedda Gabler, which is set for release in October.
Last year, Eve Hewson said in an interview that women were now “allowed” to say that they had “bad experiences”, having previously been told to “be grateful, don’t complain”. More on this here.
