House of Guinness is to return for a new season, Netflix has confirmed.
Created by Peaky Blinders' Steven Knight, House of Guinness will begin filming in January next year, with Anthony Boyle, James Norton, Emily Fairn, Jack Gleeson, and Danielle Galligan all set to reprise their roles.
The show looks at the rise and intrigues of the iconic 19th century Anglo Irish brewing family.
Speaking about this, creator, Steven Knight said: "It was such a joy to bring the Guinness story to the screen, so I'm beyond thrilled to be continuing the story of one of the world's greatest dynasties into season two".
"I can't wait to dive deeper into these characters and their complex relationships as they expand the Guinness empire".
Last year, it was revealed by Spotify that the track Brewing Up A Storm from The Stunning had seen a 475% increase in streams since its inclusion in the show. More on this here.
Netflix confirmed the return of House of Guinness, along with Black Mirror and The Gentlemen.
The Gentlemen from Guy Ritchie, will return for season two on September 3.
"The ambition of The Gentlemen has accelerated, the world has expanded and the consequences carry weight. A third season felt inevitable, and I’m looking forward to pushing the boundaries of it further", Guy Ritchie said. (All quotes according to RTÉ).
Elsewhere, the new season for Legends, will begin production next year.
It was also confirmed by Netflix that season nine of Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Love Is Blind: UK, The Rest Is Football with Gary Lineker, Alan Shearer and Micah Richards, and season three of At Home With The Furys, would all be returning to the platform too.
