Jennifer Lopez has put a Beverley Hills mansion she once shared with former spouse Ben Affleck back up for sale.
The home comes with a huge price cut, and saw Lopez receive full ownership of after Ben Affleck gifted her his share of the property. The pair had amended their property settlement agreement from their divorce.
Lopez has now relisted the sprawling mansion for sale for a third time, at an asking price of $49.95 million.
The actress purchased the home with her then husband for $60.9 million in May 2023, less than a year after they tied the knot. They had reportedly spent millions turning it into their dream home.
Following the announcement that the pair had separated a year later, the house was put back on the market with an asking price of $68 million. They dropped the asking price in May last year to 59.95 million, before removing it from the list just two months after.
The property has been described as "the ultimate celebrity compound", complete with soaring ceilings, tennis court and resort-style pool.
The description also adds: "Set within one of the city's most secure gated enclaves, this newly rebuilt estate spans five acres on a commanding promontory, opening to sweeping mountain views and complete seclusion".
Back in March, Jennifer Lopez revealed that she came close to giving up following the collapse of her third marriage to singer Marc Anthony, which left her struggling personally and emotionally at the time.
Lopez spoke about this candidly to the audience during the opening night of her Las Vegas residency, The JLo Show: Up All Night Live.
“After my third divorce - that's when I really started getting good at it,” she joked, which sparked the audience into laughter, before Lopez quickly added, “Seriously that's not funny".
The former couple got married in 2004, before separating in July 2011. Their divorce was finalised in June 2014. They share twins Max and Emme. Read more on this story here.
