US singer Katy Perry and British actor Orlando Bloom have announced that they have split up.
This was confirmed following a statement which was released to US media.
The former couple were first romantically linked in 2016. After briefly splitting up in 2017, the pair reconciled shortly after, getting engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019. In 2020, they welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom.
In a statement, which was shared to US media, following an "abundance of recent interest and conversation", the pair had been reportedly "shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting".
It read: "They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is - and always will be - raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect".
Reports of the couple's split were first noted last month, with several inside sources calling it "amicable". More on this here.
