Taylor Swift has sparked fresh speculation about her upcoming wedding celebrations after being spotted boarding a private aircraft near her home in Rhode Island over the weekend.

The pop superstar was seen travelling with her two full-time security guards as she left the area, prompting renewed rumours that a bachelorette-style gathering may have taken place at her coastal mansion.

The sighting comes ahead of Swift’s highly anticipated wedding to NFL star Travis Kelce, with fans closely following every development in the lead-up to the ceremony.

While Swift has not publicly commented on any pre-wedding celebrations, it is understood that a number of her closest friends may have recently gathered at her Rhode Island property for what is being described as a private “last hoorah” before the big day.

Among those expected to play a key role in the wedding party are longtime friends Selena Gomez and Gigi Hadid, both of whom are believed to be part of Swift’s inner circle and reportedly set to act as bridesmaids.

Swift has kept details of her relationship and wedding plans largely out of the spotlight, despite intense public interest since her engagement to Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.

The couple’s relationship has dominated entertainment headlines since they first went public, blending the worlds of global pop and American football in a way that has captured widespread attention on both sides of the Atlantic.

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at Travis Kelce’s Tight End University concert in Nashville earlier this week, delivering a performance that instantly became one of the standout moments of the event.

The 14-time Grammy winner took to the stage at The Pinnacle during the “Tight Ends & Friends” show, where she joined Lainey Wilson for a rendition of her 2008 hit Love Story.

Wilson introduced Swift to the crowd in emotional fashion, telling fans: “I don’t think y’all are ready for what’s about to happen.” She added: “She is just as kind as she is talented. Y’all, welcome to the stage my friend Taylor Swift.”

Swift appeared in an asymmetrical black dress with a ruffled silver hem and immediately engaged the crowd, asking the band: “Do you wanna do ‘Love Story’?”

She joked that the performance was a “special request by a very special tight end”, referencing San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle, who co-founded Tight End University alongside Kelce and former NFL player Greg Olsen in 2021.

The performance saw Swift and Wilson trade verses before joining together on the chorus, with the stadium erupting as they brought the song’s nostalgic energy to life.

However, it was one moment during the iconic bridge that drew the loudest reaction. As Swift sang the lyric, “He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring,” she visibly flashed her engagement ring from Kelce, sending the crowd into frenzy.

Fans reportedly cheered, screamed and in some cases became emotional as the moment unfolded, with many capturing the interaction on their phones.

Lately, Taylor Swift has been making headline for her surprise involvement in Toy Story 5.

Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at the premiere of Toy Story 5 in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, where she performed her new song from the film before joining legendary composer Randy Newman on stage for a special duet.

The singer wrote and produced original track "I Knew It, I Knew You" alongside longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff.

Swift expressed her excitement about being involved in the iconic franchise.

"It means the world to me to be a small part of the universe of these films. Toy Story 5 is my favourite of all the Toy Storys. I'm so lucky that I get to be a part of this. I hope you're all proud of yourselves, if you worked on this film."

Toy Story 5 is in cinemas now.

Earlier this month, Taylor Swift became the youngest woman ever inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, adding another milestone to a career that has transformed her from a teenage country singer into one of the world's biggest music stars.

The 36-year-old singer-songwriter received the honour during the organisation's annual induction ceremony in New York on Thursday night, with filmmaker Steven Spielberg introducing her before she delivered an emotional speech reflecting on her two-decade career.

Swift now holds the record as the youngest female inductee in the Hall of Fame's history.

The previous record belonged to Carole Bayer Sager, who was 43 when she was inducted in 1987.

Stevie Wonder remains the youngest inductee overall, having joined at the age of 32.

The singer attended the ceremony alongside fiancé Travis Kelce, her parents and several close friends.

During the event, she was honoured with performances of some of her best-known songs, including Cardigan and Dear John.

Introducing Swift, Spielberg praised the songwriter's impact on popular culture and joked that even artificial intelligence struggled to measure the scale of her achievements.

When she took to the stage, Swift revealed she had nearly lost her voice after enthusiastically cheering on the New York Knicks during their playoff victory the previous evening.

The singer used much of her acceptance speech to reflect on the role songwriting has played throughout her life and career.

"If I look back at my entire 23-year career in music, the ups and downs and industry battles, the trials and tribulations, the cheers and tears and dogpiling of doubt, the criticisms — both fair and unfair — the complete loss of privacy, the world tours and ego wars, and the twists of fate, the absolute magical chaos of this path that I chose when I was too young to remember it even being a choice at all, songwriting was the easiest thing I ever did," she said.

"But when I say that songwriting was the easiest part for me, I think what I mean is that it was instinctual. No one taught me how to do it."

The most emotional moment of the night came when Swift paid tribute to her family, becoming visibly moved as she thanked her parents and brother for supporting her dream of becoming a songwriter.

"It was easy to choose songwriting over everything else in my life," she said.

"But it couldn't have been easy for my parents and my brother to just pick up and move our entire family from Pennsylvania to relocate to Nashville so that I could hone my craft in the songwriting capital of the world."

Pausing during the speech, she added: "Even though words are supposed to kind of be my thing, I will never be able to express my gratitude to you guys for doing that for me. You're the reason I'm here tonight."
