We're delighted to confirm we don't have long to wait before The Young Offenders lands back on our TV screens.

It's been two years since we last had our fix of Jock and Conor, but they're back and better than ever with season five of the hit RTÉ show.

Season five sees Conor and Jock back together again after a disastrous brush with the law, which saw them spend time in jail on two separate continents (the separation anxiety goes hard).

'Season 5 brings Conor and Jock back together, with a stronger bond than they’ve ever had, and we’re really excited to share these chaotic and heart-warming stories with audiences.

'The team is the best to work with, and we’ve ended up creating something special.'

Mark your calendars: season five of The Young Offenders drops on RTÉ Player on Good Friday, April 3. It'll also air weekly on RTÉ One, starting at 10.30pm on Saturday, April 4.

We cannot wait!
