Vogue Williams has announced she is expecting her fourth child with husband Spencer Matthews.
The couple shared the news with fans on Thursday (April 16) via Instagram while on a sun-soaked family holiday in St. Barts, posting a series of beachside photos alongside their three children.
In the snaps, Williams showed off her growing baby bump in a black-and-white bikini and sarong, while Matthews was seen affectionately placing a hand on her stomach.
The pair captioned the post simply: “BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING….”, with Matthews adding on his own story: “We’ve got some news.”

The couple, who married in 2018, already share three children — Theodore, Gigi and Otto — all of whom featured in the announcement images.

The news was quickly met with an outpouring of congratulations from celebrity friends, including Jamie Laing, Ruth Langsford, Scarlett Moffatt and John Torode, who all shared messages of support online.
Williams, who co-hosts the popular podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me with Joanne McNally, has remained a prominent figure in Irish and UK media in recent years.

Meanwhile, Matthews — who rose to fame on Made in Chelsea — has shifted focus toward endurance challenges and podcasting. In 2024, he completed an extraordinary feat by running 30 marathons in 30 days across the Jordanian desert, setting a new world record, and later launched his podcast Untapped.
The announcement comes after recent speculation around the couple’s relationship, following their decision not to publicly mark their seventh wedding anniversary and Matthews’ departure from their joint podcast Spencer & Vogue.
However, the pregnancy news appears to firmly put those rumours to rest.
