Vogue Williams has revealed that she's especially grateful to be expecting her fourth child with her husband Spencer Matthews after suffering pregnancy loss last year.
The Howth native explained that she has been particularly nervous this time around, and is even grateful for things like morning sickness, as she takes it as a sign that everything is going as it should be.
Vogue made the vulnerable confession in hopes that it would help other people going through similar struggles, even admitting she felt 'embarrassed' when she found out that she had suffered a loss during her twelve-week scan in July 2025.
The week before they were set to go, Vogue's doctor had a different reaction than usual. 'Basically, I had the pregnancy sack, but basically the embryo hadn't grown, so my body still thought it was pregnant.'

'Usually, you just naturally get a miscarriage, but I didn't. The doctor was like, "I'm really sorry. It's not really a pregnancy."'
Vogue acknowledged that her doctors were amazing, but that didn't make the ordeal any easier. 'We were really upset. I was really upset, and stupidly, I felt like embarrassed having to tell everybody,' she recalled.

The soon-to-be mum-of-four admitted she was in two minds about sharing her experience with the public, but decided she should do it to help others in the same situation.
'I feel like this this pregnancy now I'm just always nervous, and sometimes I'm grateful that I feel so sick all the time because then I know it's what it should be,' Vogue added.
