Families with children who have been born through surrogacy are calling on the Government to enact legislation to regulate it in Irish law.Those born through international surrogacy are in a legal limbo because their mothers have no rights over their children.
Lorraine Muldoon is speaking to Niall. Herself and her husband have 4 year old twin girls through surrogacy. She is telling Niall her story and the hurt she feels because of laws in this country she is not recognized as her twins mother.
