Dolly Parton has insisted that she has no interest in having her own AI hologram in the style of ABBA.

The country singing legend made these comments during a press conference, where she was asked if she would entertain the possibility of using am ABBA-style hologram herself, explaining that she does not want to “leave my soul on Earth”.

ABBA used such a hologram for their current Voyage show.

“I think I’ve left a great body of work behind", Parton said at the press conference.  “I have to decide how much of that high-tech stuff I want to be involved [with] because I don’t want to leave my soul here on this earth".

She also added, “I think with some of this stuff I’ll be grounded here for ever… I’ll be around, we’ll find ways to keep me here".

Parton even joked that any intelligence about her would be artificial anyway.

Elsewhere, Dolly also revealed she wanted Mick Jagger to feature on her new album "so bad". Her husband Carl Dean is a huge fan apparently.

“I wanted him to sing on ‘Satisfaction’ but he wanted something new and different, which I don’t blame him for that, so I wound up singing that with Pink and Brandi Carlile", Parton said. “We kept looking for the right song and he was doing an album in LA, and he did some stuff in Nashville, and I kept missing him everywhere. I ran him around like a high-school girl".

'Rockstar' is set for release on November 17.
