Michael Keaton Reprises His Role In Beetlejuice Sequel

Michael Keaton makes a return as Beetlejuice in the new trailer ahead of the much anticipated sequel.

The sequel which is named Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, is a sequel to the 1988 comedy, and features Winona Ryder, Catherine O'Hara returning alongside Keaton, with actress Jenna Ortega also joining the cast.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will also see Tim Burton return as director. The trailer which you can check out below also sees Burton's off-screen partner Monica Bellucci in her role role , alongside actors William Defoe, and Justin Theroux. 

The original comedy which starred Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis, also saw a deceased couple haunt the Deetz family out of their new room, with the help of the quirky ghost Beetlejuice.

Written by Alfred Gough, Seth Grahame-Smith and Miles Millar, the sequel was also based on characters from Michael McDowell and Larry Wilson. It will be released in cinema screens on Friday September 6.
