The intimate story of the life of legendary singer Andrea Bocelli will be coming to cinemas in September, it has been confirmed.
'Andrea Bocelli: Because I Believe', will look at the hugely successful career of the music star, featuring unprecedented access into his world, including previously unseen archival footage and exclusive interviews with fly-on-the-wall moments.
Bocelli will tell his story in his own words, looking at his journey from humble beginnings to selling out arenas worldwide.
"The reason I welcomed with enthusiasm and gratitude the proposal to capture my entire life on film by Cosima — in its entirety, without filters — is reflected in the very title of the documentary: Because I Believe", Bocelli said. "I believe in people, in life, and in our Heavenly Father who gave it to us. I believe in the power of love".
This was announced by Trafalgar Releasing, who have confirmed that the film, 'Andrea Bocelli: Because I Believe', will tell the story of the world's greatest singers, hitting cinema screens on September 21. Tickets for this screening will go on sale on July 16.
News of this screening release comes just weeks after it was revealed that Andrea Bocelli had recorded a duet with tennis star, Jannik Sinner. The pair duetted a cover of the song Polvere e Gloria, which arrived on June 20. Find out more on this here.
