Celine Dion kicked off Paris Fashion Week with a surprise performance underneath the iconic Eiffel Tower.
The singer performed at the runaway at the end of the L'Oreal's annual show, while donning a ruched full-length black gown. She was joined by famous ambassadors for the French brand, including Simone Ashley, Eva Longoria, Viola Davis, and Aja Naomi King.
Dion treated fans to a live cover of her 2002, 'I'm Alive', a performance which comes four years after she was diagnosed with the rare neurological disease, stiff person syndrome.
The opening day of Paris Fashion Week, which runs until October 6, saw singer Rhianna model a glamorous, copper two piece worn over sheer black lingerie. She also modelled at the Matières Fécales fashion show, a label which inspired Zendaya's angel wings dress at the Odyssey premiere in New York earlier this Summer.
The show also featured Kendall Jenner, who wore a sheer black halter-neck dress with thigh split and ivory corset underneath. The runaway also included supermodel, Cara Delavingne in a sparkling red sheer dress with train.
Elsewhere, Wicked star, Cynthia Erivo also stormed the French capital at a Tiffany and M.A.D Mussée des Arts Décoratifs.
Next week will see labels including Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier, Schiaparelli, Baleciaga and Loewe.
Dior and Chanel are also expected to once again catch the eye of the fashion world, with both signing up artistic director last year. with Matthieu Blazy appointed as Chanel's creative director at the start of 2025, and Jonathan Anderson taking up a similar role at Dior last summer.
Both household names are set to cement their strategies this week.
