Rodrigo covered the song "When A Good Man Cries" during a live session on BBC Radio One. The US singer is set to release her third album You Seem Pretty Sad For A Girl So In Love and appeared on BBC's live lounge on Tuesday to cover our very own CMAT's song.
The Irish singer posted her live reaction of Rodrigo's version as she said "she sang it better than me so now I’m toast," before inviting her for "pints."
Speaking about our Dunboyne Diana's song, Rodrigo said: "I think that song is epic, and me and my dad had so much fun putting it together too. It’s kind of twangy and country, and the lyrics are super, super awesome and unique."
The 23 year old praised the Irish singer in an interview after her performance, as she called her a "force" and said that "nobody writes songs like her right now”.
