Lily Allen's new album, 'West End Girl', could be made into a play.
The singer has achieved huge success with this album, having sold out the biggest North American tour of her career next year, as well as an arena tour across the UK and Ireland, which will begin in Glasgow on March 2, a tour which will see Allen perform live in Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Sheffield, Cambridge, Nottingham, Bristol, London and Cardiff.
Irish fans will also see Lily Allen will take to the stage at Dublin's 3Arena on June 30 next year. More on this here.
Now, Lily Allen has said that the album is set to be made into a play, telling Jimmy Fallon that it was "true" that talks had started in London to bring 'West End Girl' to the West End.
When asked if Allen was "involved" with the plans, she said: “I might be… The ink is not dry – is that what they say? Something like that?".
“But, you know, I’m definitely having some conversations with people about it,” she said, before adding “It’s very exciting".
Lily Allen is also set to appear on Saturday Night Live as a musical guest on December 13. More on this story here.
