Paul McCartney has been issued with a temporary ban from Reddit for sharing photos of his own show to fans.
The Beatles legend was issued with this ban to his own official account over the weekend, having played the second of two nights at the Fonda Theatre. Following this show, McCartney reactivated his account to share images from his live show, telling followers that he wanted to share something with them given it was a phone free event.
A Dropbox link was also shared with this post, allowing fans to view a range of photographs, where he called on fans to share using the hashtag #PaulRocksTheFonda.
“Hope you enjoyed the show last night. As last night was a phone-free experience we wanted to make sure you had some memories from the show to share with friends, family and loved ones", McCartney wrote.
Following this, McCartney's account was banned, and the thread in question was removed.
However, the account itself, which is thought to be run by McCartney's management team, has been restored.

News of this comes weeks after McCartney's documentary, Man On The Wire premiered via Amazon Prime, which includes new interviews with Paul McCartney, as well as archival footage of John Lennon, Ringo Starr, George Harrison and Linda McCartney and others.
The film looks at how McCartney formed his band Wings with his wife Linda following the Beatles' split. Across its 10 year run as a band, Wings released five albums which went to No 1 in the Billboard Charts in that time. They released singles like 'My Love', 'Jet, 'Band On The Run', and 'Live And Let Die'.
