A court date has been set for the ongoing legal feud between It Ends With Us co stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.

This trial will take place on 9 March 2026, a New York judge has confirmed, in a feud which is based on a pair of lawsuits filed by both actors, with Lively firstly accusing Baldoni and other members of his production company of sexual harassment and damaging her reputation.

Since then, Baldoni has filed his own lawsuit against Lively, accusing her and husband Ryan Reynolds of extortion and defamation. Baldoni, who also directed this movie, is seeking at least $400 million in damages, due to significant personal and professional harm caused.

Meanwhile, Blake Lively has also filed for a deposition in Texas from Jed Wallace, a crisis and management specialist whom she has accused of manipulating online sentiment against her while the film was being released.

She has alleged that Wallace used sites like TikTok and Reddit to spread negative content. Wallace was hired by Justin Baldoni's team.

An initial conference which was scheduled for mid-February, has been brought forward to next week, to address pretrial publicity, and legal conduct on both sides.

It Ends With Us was released last August, but despite exceeding initial expectations with a $50 million opening, the going legal feud has overshadowed the film's success. The film was based on Colleen Hoover's best selling novel.
