Colin Farrell Reprises Penguin Role For Batman Spin-Off

The first trailer showing Colin Farrell reprising his role as The Penguin in the Batman spin-off series, has been released.

The series spin-off which will be showcased on HBO running for eight episodes, will pick up on the film's events, and sees Farrell reprise his role as Oswald Cobblepot aka The Penguin. 

The Banshees of Inisherin star said this of his upcoming role, “The world that Matt Reeves created for The Batman is one that warrants a deeper gaze through the eyes of Oswald Cobblepot". 

“I couldn’t be more excited about continuing this exploration of Oz as he rises through the darkened ranks to become The Penguin", he added. "Will be good to get him back on the streets of Gotham for a little madness and a little mayhem". 

The series spin off will arrive at some stage in 2024. Check out the trailer below.
