Downton Abbey pair Laura Carmichael and Michael C. Fox have announced that they have married in secret.
The pair who met while filming season five of the show, confirmed that they secretly exchanged vows in recent times. They had previously welcomed the arrival of their first child, a son in early 2021.
Laura plays Lady Edith in the franchise, while now husband Michael plays Andrew Park in the ITV show.
Speaking on NBC special, Downton Abbey Celebrates The Grand Finale, Michael said: "I owe a lot to this show. I think so much of my life has been shaped around this show".
Fox and Carmichael have been renowned for keeping their relationship private, and have made no comments about it to the public eye.
