Jennifer Lopez has sparked speculation about a possible romance with British actor Brett Goldstein after the pair were spotted arriving at and leaving the same event in Los Angeles in a shared car.
The singer and actress, 57, attended a talent manager’s birthday celebration on Friday night, wearing a plunging black dress. Goldstein, best known for his role in Ted Lasso, was also at the party, with the pair reportedly stepping out of the same vehicle several minutes apart.
The speculation intensified later in the evening when Goldstein left the venue first and climbed into a waiting car. Lopez followed shortly afterwards, getting into the same vehicle.
The sighting has prompted fresh rumours about the nature of their relationship, particularly after the pair starred opposite each other in the Netflix romantic comedy Office Romance.
In the film, Lopez plays a successful chief executive who falls for her attorney, with the couple forced to conceal their relationship because of workplace rules.
Their on-screen chemistry has already fuelled speculation among fans, with some expressing enthusiasm at the possibility of a real-life romance.
One fan commented, “I would love this for her! He is an amazing human.” Another wrote, “They are so beautiful together.”
According to The Irish Sun rumours that the pair had become romantically involved first emerged while they were working on the film last year. However, Lopez appeared to dismiss suggestions that she was seeing someone during an interview in June.
Laughing off the speculation, she said, “There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person.” She also insisted at the time that she was not dating.
Lopez’s love life has frequently attracted public attention. She has been married four times, most recently to actor Ben Affleck. The couple married in 2022 before separating in 2025.
Goldstein, meanwhile, previously dated actress Beth Rylance, with their relationship reportedly ending in 2022.
Neither Lopez nor Goldstein has publicly confirmed a romantic relationship, and their appearance at the same event has yet to establish whether the pair are more than friends and co-stars.
