In a slightly bizarre turn of events, Jeremy Clarkson's partner Lisa Hogan came to his rescue after the former Top Gear's trousers appeared to fall down while on stage at the National Television Awards this week.
Clarkson and his crew were on stage at London's O2 after their Amazon Prime show Clarkson's Farm won an award for Factual Entertainment.
While accepting the award, Clarkson's trousers appeared to be falling down , which he joked was the result of him using Mounjaro, which is a weight loss drug.
Thanking the audience, Lisa Hogan said: "Thank you. Lisa's going to hold my trousers up whilst I make a very short speech".
As Lisa held up his trousers, Clarkson paid homage to a list of people and farmers from the team who helped to make the series possible. Ironically, the one person he forgot to mention was Lisa!, causing some co workers to briefly chuckle.
Previously, Jeremy Clarkson had always been very outspoken about his weight loss journey, which had originally started with him taking Ozempic, which he said did not suit him. However, it appears that Mounjaro has been a game-changer for him.
