A new rosé wine, launched by Meghan Markle has gone on sale.

The wine, which is to “capture the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments”, was launched by the Duchess of Sussex as part of her As Ever Napa Valley 2023, which was described as having “soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish”.

Costing more than  €76 for a three-bottle order, the win was launched on a dedicated wine.asever.com, while customers must be at least 21 years old.

“A delicately balanced rose with soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish", the website said. “Reminiscent of the finest Provencal styles, it’s crisp, pale in color, and effortlessly elegant – crafted for slow afternoons and golden-hour gatherings".

“This rose captures the essence of sun-drenched outdoor moments through its thoughtfully crafted blend".

On Instagram, Markle's As Ever brand said: “It’s here! Raise a glass to the newest addition to the As ever family. Our beautiful Napa Valley rose is now available”, while a short clip of the wine being poured into a glass with accompanying sound was also shared".

Overall, three bottles of this wine will cost $90 (€76), six bottles cost $159 including a 12% discount, and 12 bottles are priced at $300, including a 17% discount.

The Drink Aware charity have revealed that most wines have an ABV (alcohol by volume) of between 11-14%, Meghan Markle's wine has an ABV of 14.5%.

Back in May, Meghan Markle also spoke about the challenges of balancing her work life with being a mother. More on this here.
