Romeo Beckham is to make his acting debut when he stars in a LGBTQ+ tennis romance.
The second eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham is to star in the film, titled Forty Love, which is directed by renowned fashion photographer, Pierre-Ange Carlotti. The film focuses on Sascha Gallo, a tennis player seeking to win a trophy in Paris, with Romeo playing the role of the player's on screen rival who promises to shake things up.
The first photos of the film show Romeo Beckham in a buzzcut, and tattoos in full view as he exchanges glances with co star, Paul Kircher, a French actor. It will also star Benjamin Voisin and Guillaume Canet.
"For the first time, he faces an opponent of an entirely different nature — love", a synopsis for the movie reads. "A force as exhilarating as it is destabilising — and far more dangerous than anything he has encountered on the court".
News of this comes as Romeo's brother, Brooklyn Beckham appeared to aim a dig at his ongoing family feud in a new ad for food delivery service, DoorDash. This feud saw Brooklyn release a statement on social media back in January, requesting that his parents only contact him through lawyers.

In the advert, Brooklyn appears to refer to his much publicised row with his family, when he is seen watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home, before addressing viewers directly.
“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home. It’s a long story", he says in the advert. The video then shows a title card reading, 'It's complicated', which was interpreted by many fans as a reference to the ongoing tensions between Brooklyn and his estranged family.

Over the weekend, Brooklyn's father, David Beckham shared a series of photos of his family on Instagram to celebrate Father's Day, and included Brooklyn in his photos, despite this ongoing estrangement.
Back in March, David and Victoria also wished their son a happy birthday on social media, which was also dismissed by Brooklyn, according to reports.

In other news, Cruz Beckham, brother of Romeo and Brooklyn Beckham embarked on a UK tour with his and, The Breakers. Prior to this, he said that he hoped to put a "smile on people's faces" with his music.
