Beyoncé recently celebrated a personal best in the charts.

The singer's latest release TEXAS HOLD 'EM, has remained at top spot in the chart for a whole month, a personal best for the music icon in the process.

The track which you can check out below, features on her upcoming album Cowboy Carter', and is her longest-running number one on the Official Singles Chart.

Beyoncé had previously remained at number one in the singles chart for three week periods with Crazy In Love in 2003 which featured her husband Jay Z, and 2007's Beautiful Liar featuring Shakira.

It is fair to say that Beyoncé's switch to country music has been a successful one, bagging her longest stretch at top spot in the singles chart in her entire career.

Cowboy Carter will mark the singer's eight studio album, and her second edition of an expected Renaissance trilogy. This album will arrive on March 29 via Columbia.
