Eric Clapton ended a concert early after an object was thrown at him while he was on stage.

The singer was playing live at Madrid's Movistar Arena last week (May), as part of his current European Tour, when a vinyl record was thrown at him, hitting him in the chest. He was just finishing up his live set of hits, when a fan from the front row the record at him.

Having just finished a live rendition of his hit, 'Cocaine', Clapton had been fixed to play a live cover of 'Before You Accuse Me'. But in the end, the singer chose not to return to the stage.
