Motown, soul, and disco royalty are coming to Dublin for an historic, one-night-only celebration! Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Jacksons will return to Ireland for their only Irish performance of 2026 at Dublin’s 3Arena on Sunday, 15 November 2026.

Joined by legendary disco icons Sister Sledge, featuring Sledgendary, this exclusive event brings together two of the most celebrated names in music history for the ultimate live soundtrack of timeless hits.

A Lifelong Connection to Ireland

Ireland holds a deeply personal history for the Jackson family. Beyond performing to massive audiences here over the decades, Michael Jackson notoriously spent six months living in Westmeath’s Grouse Lodge, as well as extended time down in County Cork.

Speaking directly about their return to Irish soil, Marlon & Jackie Jackson shared their excitement with Colm Hayes

"We’ve been to Dublin plenty of times. We have lots of fans there, so many fans there, so we can’t wait to see them. Ireland has always given us such a wonderful welcome and we're thrilled to be returning. It's wonderful to see so many people around the world discovering or rediscovering our music through Michael, and this feels like the perfect time to celebrate these songs together. We can't wait to see everyone in Dublin for what promises to be a very special night."

The $1 Billion Biopic Resurgence & Marlon's Take

The concert comes during a massive global resurgence for the Jackson family legacy, sparked by the box-office phenomenon Michael, the first music biopic in history to surpass $1 billion at the global box office.

While the film has introduced songs like "ABC" and "I Want You Back" to a whole new generation of fans, Marlon & Jackie Jackson gave a candid, balanced perspective on how the group's origins were portrayed on the silver screen:

"I don't think that they covered the Jackson 5 story the way it should have been, but I understand why not, because this is a movie about my brother Michael. But how can you do that without covering some portion of the Jacksons?"

They emphasised that fans should view the film for what it is; a cinematic narrative rather than documented history:

"What you need to understand is that this is not a documentary; this is a movie. So, they put elements in there to help shape the movie in the way they wanted it to go... And it's about Michael."

Despite the narrative creative choices, the Jackson brothers shared high praise for his nephew, Jaafar Jackson, who portrayed Michael in the film:

"It was never difficult [to watch]. Yeah, it was great to see it because it brings back a lot of memories. All the hard work we did coming up to become who we are around the world... It was a great, great full movie, and Jaafar did an incredible, incredible job. Everyone did a great job, they really did."
