Gardaí have published photos of 100 suspects linked to the Dublin riots in an effort to identify those responsible for the violent unrest and secure further convictions.

This unprecedented move comes nearly a year after the riots, which erupted following an attack outside a school on Parnell Street.

The violence caused widespread chaos, with three Dublin buses, a Luas tram, 15 Garda vehicles, and a Dublin fire engine set alight.

The Gardaí’s appeal, made through their website, encourages the public to review the photos and provide information on anyone they recognise.

This marks the first time the force has used such a large-scale approach to involve the public in an investigation.

So far, 57 people have been arrested in connection with the riots, and 51 of those have been charged and appeared in court.

The investigation continues, with Gardaí still reviewing CCTV footage from the night of November 23, 2023, when violence gripped the city centre.

The riots left 13 Gardaí injured as they worked to restore order amid arson attacks and widespread damage.

Gardaí are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist in holding those responsible to account.
