The famous NYC townhouse which was owned by former couple Lilly Allen and David Harbour has been put up for sale.
This house has been listed for sale, just days after Allen announced the release of her first album in 7 years with, 'West End Girl'. In the album, Allen opens up about the breakdown of her marriage to Harbour, including several references to his alleged infidelity during their marriage.
The pair had announced that they had split up earlier this year, after getting married in September 2020.
It has now been confirmed that the former couple's townhouse in New York has been listed for sale, having been mentioned in Allen's new album.
Located in Carrolls Gardens, Brooklyn, this late 19th century browstone was purchased by Allen and Harbour in 2021, for $3.35 million. The home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and has now been listed for $8 million.
Earlier this month, Lily Allen had said that 'West End Girl' was inspired by her “deep-rooted issues with rejection and abandonment” following her divorce from husband David Harbour.
“I have deep-rooted issues with rejection and abandonment which I’ve been tussling with for most of my adult life and probably quite a lot of my childhood as well. And I was having, like an extreme reaction to things at the time", she said. More on this here.
