While on stage during his set at the BBC Radio 2 in The Park in England, Ronan Keating brought out one of his "heroes" Bryan Adams.

The Canadian rock legend joined Keating at the main stage at the Chelmsford music festival last Saturday afternoon. The pair performed The Way You Make Me Feel live on stage, prior to Keating treating the audience to a number of fan favourites.

"You gotta be careful what you wish for. Sometimes your dreams come true and you gotta be ready", Keating said.

Calling Adams one of his "heroes", former Boyzone singer Keating added: "I'd like to introduce someone on stage. It changed my life, changed my world, changed the game. I’m a very lucky boy".

"Back in 2001 I got to work with one of my heroes, Mr Bryan Adams. We made a little song together. We thought we’d sing it for you. Here we go".

Summer of 69 singer Bryan Adams then returned to the main stage for his headline slot.

This live duet comes just days after Keating had stated that Boyzone will "try" to reunite next year, amid rumours of a reunion for the boyband, following the release of the documentary, Boyzone: No Matter What, earlier this year.

"The reaction was unbelievable, so we’ve obviously been talking about our story for the last 30 years, and we felt like that was kind of it, that maybe that was the end of the story", Keating said. "And well, we’ve all been chatting over the last few weeks, and I think 2026 might be a year for Boyzone to maybe try and do something". More on this here.
