Taylor Swift has unveiled a new six part docuseries, which will take fans on a journey behind the scenes on her record breaking Eras Tour.
The series, which arrives fresh off the back of Swift's recently released album, The Life Of A Showgirl, which will come to Disney+ in December, with the first two episodes hitting the screens on December 12. From then on, two episodes will be aired per week.
It promises to give "an intimate look at Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world".
Confirming this news on social media, Swift wrote: "It was the End of an Era and we knew it. We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it as it wound down".
She added: "And to film the final show in its entirety. The Eras Tour | The Final Show, featuring the entire Tortured Poets Department set, and the first two episodes of The End of an Era, a 6-episode behind-the-scenes docuseries, will be yours December 12th on @disneyplus".
The series will include contributions from spotlight performers, family members, as well as friends of Swift who offer “never-before-seen insight into what it took to create a phenomenon".
It will also include cameo appearances from Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch.
