Ireland’s Classic Hits Radio is supporting Barnardos Giving Day today, Friday, September 18th.
Trina Mara, Damian and Colm & Lucy are getting involved throughout the day, speaking to Barnardos staff, supporters and those who have benefited from the charity’s work.
Colm and Lucy also visited Barnardos headquarters, where they met staff and children and heard more about the work being done to support young people across the country.

Barnardos works with children and families affected by difficult circumstances, providing practical, emotional and specialist support through its centres, schools, family homes and communities nationwide.
Last year, Barnardos worked with more than 34,000 vulnerable children, parents and adults across Ireland.
Demand for its services continues to grow, with donations helping to provide everything from breakfast clubs and hot dinners to family support and specialist services.
