Fans are doing a double take after Alyson Hannigan shared a photo with her daughter, Keeva, who bears a striking resemblance to the actress.
The How I Met Your Mother and Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, 52, posted a series of photos on Instagram following a visit to a Jellycat pop-up event.

Among the snapshots was a selfie with 14-year-old Keeva, who appears to have inherited her mother's signature auburn hair and perfect smile.
The post quickly drew attention from fans, many of whom commented on just how much Keeva looks like her famous mum. The mother-daughter duo smiled for the camera while enjoying the event, offering followers a rare glimpse into Hannigan's family life.

Hannigan shares daughters Satyana and Keeva with husband Alexis Denisof. The couple first met while working on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and married in 2003. They welcomed their two daughters in 2009 and 2012 and have generally kept their family life out of the spotlight.
It's not the first time Hannigan's daughters have caught fans' attention. Last Christmas, the actress shared festive family photos showing all four members of the family posing in matching plaid pyjamas in front of their Christmas tree. The post was warmly received by followers, who again noted the strong family resemblance.
However, it was Hannigan's latest selfie with Keeva that really got people talking, with many fans amazed by how closely the teenager resembles the actress during her younger years.
