Coleen Nolan has recalled feeling uncomfortable around disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris when she was just 10 years old, revealing he would repeatedly try to kiss her on the lips while they toured together in South Africa.
Speaking on Loose Women, the television presenter reflected on the experience as the panel discussed childhood memories and looking back on situations that felt wrong in hindsight.
Coleen, who toured with Rolf Harris for six weeks alongside her sisters as The Nolans in 1975, said she did not fully understand what was happening at the time but remembered feeling uneasy whenever he greeted her.
'I wasn't really aware of anything – other than sometimes, thinking back now, I thought, "I don't like when he goes to kiss me".'
She continued: 'He always tried to kiss you on the lips. As a 10-year-old, that's just weird. I straight away thought that was weird and I'd be like [mimics pulling away].'
'So then I just wouldn't kiss him and it was always slightly mouth open.'

Rolf Harris, once one of Britain's best-known entertainers, was convicted in July 2014 of 12 indecent assaults against four girls and sentenced to five years and nine months in prison.
His offences, which took place over several decades, emerged following Operation Yewtree, the police investigation launched after allegations against Jimmy Savile. Harris died in May 2023 at the age of 93.
Coleen has previously spoken about the importance of listening to children's instincts when something feels wrong, and said looking back as an adult had changed how she viewed some of her experiences.
Her comments came during a wider discussion on Loose Women about recognising inappropriate behaviour and how perspectives can shift years later, particularly after high-profile abuse cases exposed patterns of grooming and misconduct by once-trusted public figures.
