Harry Styles has made a cheeky reference to his ex Taylor Swift’s wedding while performing at Madison Square Garden.
The former One Direction star was performing on Saturday as part of his residency at the famous New York venue when he reminded the crowd that they were standing in the home of the world champion New York Knicks.
“We’re at Madison Square Garden, home of the world champion New York Knicks,” Styles told the audience.
“And they also do weddings,” he added, prompting a huge reaction from the crowd.
The joke was a clear reference to Swift and Travis Kelce, who got married at Madison Square Garden on July 3.
The couple, both 36, held a star-studded ceremony at the iconic venue, with guests including Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, Bradley Cooper and Benny Blanco.

The wedding was kept largely private, with curtains blocking the view from outside. Fans were eventually given confirmation that the ceremony had finished when digital signs appeared outside the venue reading: “Just T&T Married!”
Swift and Kelce also revealed that their wedding outfits had been designed by Christian Dior Haute Couture.

Comedian Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, while Swift’s brother Austin served as her man of honour and Kelce’s brother Jason was the best man.
Interestingly, Styles’ fiancée Zoë Kravitz was also at the wedding, although she appeared to attend the celebrations without Styles.
Styles and Swift famously dated in late 2012 before splitting a few months later in January 2013.
Swift later became friends with Kravitz, with the pair growing particularly close over the years. They even quarantined together in the UK during 2020.
Swift also reportedly offered Kravitz and her mother, Lisa Bonet, a place to stay at her Beverly Hills home during the devastating wildfires in January 2025.

Kravitz and Styles were first linked romantically in 2025 after being spotted together in Rome. They were also reportedly seen kissing during a night out in London that August.
The relationship has since become much more serious.
Sources reported earlier this year that Kravitz and Styles were engaged, with Kravitz reportedly referring to the singer as her “soulmate”.
Kravitz has also been spotted wearing her engagement ring, which has reportedly been valued at around $500,000, including at some of Styles’ concerts.
