The trailer for the Oscar tipped film, Hamnet, starring Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley has been released. You can check it out below.
The film, which is based on the bestseller of the same name by author Maggie O'Farrell, with the book being adapted for the screen. It is also being directed by Oscar winner Chloé Zhao, with Maynooth native Mescal playing William Shakespeare and Buckley playing Agnes.
Hamnet will also star Emily Watson and Joe Alwyn. It will hit cinema screens on Friday 9 January.
