Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson’s red-hot romance may have social media buzzing, but not everyone’s swooning over Hollywood’s most unexpected pairing.
The Baywatch bombshell, 58, and the Taken star, 73, shocked fans when they cozied up on the red carpet while promoting their new comedy The Naked Gun.
Pam even gushed: ‘You can’t help but fall in love with him,’ while Liam himself also confessed he was ‘madly in love’ with his co-star.

But now the glossy romance has hit choppy waters, with online critics accusing the duo of faking it for publicity.
One sceptical fan bluntly asked: ‘It was a PR stunt??’ sparking a flood of heated comments.
Some weren’t convinced the couple was ever genuine.

‘I feel like everyone just assumed more than anything,’ one user scoffed, while another claimed: ‘This is depressing but not unexpected. They would’ve made such a cute couple.’
Others felt smug for doubting from the start, with another doubter adding: ‘I didn’t say it aloud, but I feel vindicated – like a regular know-it-all.’
Still, plenty of die-hard supporters are rushing to defend Pam and Liam, insisting the pair are the real deal.

‘If you didn’t believe it, you don’t believe in love, unlike me who believes in love,’ one penned.
Another wrote: ‘I’m sure they are friends and they went out to dinner together many times during the press tour. Some relationships are like that.’
Pamela has since broken her silence on the relationship rumours, gushing to OK! Magazine; ‘He’s such a gentleman, so generous and supportive… you can’t help but fall in love with him.’
So, is this Hollywood’s most unexpected pairing yet? Or just another clever clickbait couple.
