Mel C has teased a huge Spice Girls reunion tour with Victoria Beckham.

The singer hinted at this in a recent interview, saying the Beckham aka Posh Spice needs to "have that experience" on stage.

Previously, the band embarked on a huge comeback stadium tour in 2019 without Beckham. The last time the band performed together as a group was at the London Olympics' closing ceremony in 2012.

But in 2024, Mel C, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell-Horner, Mel B and Beckham gave a surprise performance of their hit, 'Stop' at the latter's 50th birthday party.

Now, speaking to Amanda Holden, Mel C has hinted that a new tour with the band including Beckham could be on the horizon.

“Well, this is the thing", Mel C said, before going on to suggest that Victoria would love to sing in front of large crowds again: “So, she has to have that experience".

Speaking about their reunion at Posh's 50th birthday bash, Mel C added:  “We missed Melanie B – she wasn’t there, sadly,” Sporty continued. “But the four of us, the rest of us, were there and it was so lovely".

“And you know what it’s like, it was a big birthday. So, you feel very nostalgic. So, we’re probably closer now than we have been in a very long time, and I’m always keeping my fingers crossed".

These latest comments from Mel C would echo quotes from an interview she gave last November, where she said she was "optimistic" about a Spice Girls reunion for their 30th anniversary in 2026.

She said that the time could not be better for this reunion:  “I remain optimistic. It’s our thirtieth anniversary next year".

“We toured in 2019, we did a few stadium shows in the UK and it was incredible,” she added.

She also claimed that discussions for a reunion have taken place behind the scenes: “We’re talking and we’re seeing what opportunities are out there", but insisted that she wants the timing of this to be just right for the girls: “We’re talking and we’re seeing what opportunities are out there,”

Elsewhere, Mel C also spoke about the band's legacy, and how they have found a generation of young fans through streaming and social media.

“We’re just so proud of the legacy that we have and we have fans now from new generations are just loving the Spice Girls, so I would like to get back on stage with the girls,” she stated.
